911 Emergency Signs
In cooperation with the Boothbay Harbor Police, the area Fire Departments and the Boothbay Region Ambulance Service, The Community Center makes REFLECTIVE 911 Emergency Signs for residences and businesses of the region.
The white-on-blue signs are highly reflective and our First Responders have been trained to look for them. Having your house visible can make the difference between life and death. They also help UPS, Fed-Ex and other delivery services find you.

Medical Equipment
Unexpected circumstances often require temporary use of medical equipment. Through donations, we acquire a variety of medical equipment items that are of use to others. Free equipment loans of medical equipment are available for area residents.
Our equipment room contains crutches, standard wheelchairs, walkers, shower benches, raised toilet seats, braces, etc.
If you are donating, please clean, sanitize, and make sure the item is in working condition for the health and safety of our borrowers.
